CNC machining for big components
NTP is active also in large components machining. This machining is put in operation on Heller's machines. One of our biggest machining center has carousel system of pallets allows to work on 4 operation pallets without necessity to take off it. There is also additional tooling stock what allows to load down 180 tools. Maximum axle ranges: x/y/z 1250/800/1000. Maximum part's weight: up to 2 tons. Strong bearing spindle of the machining center allows to use the tools with length of 680 mm (tang ISO 69871 SK50). Just perfect for machining of iron housings.
